The products are great, price is good, but customer service is horrible. They don't send you shipment e-mails and there is no tracking. That usually is fine because the order ships within a few days or hours, but not this company. They were processing my order for a week and even then I got only a half of my order because the rest were out of stock. I will get the rest eventually. I wrote them 3 times, no response, got one only a week after e-mailing them.
