Fear not people, I did receive an email back after ten days of waiting for order to say they were having trouble with getting products from their suppliers on time, I think they have a backlog at min but I did receive an email once they received it and despatched it even though very late, the email was apologetic , although none of my items were missing or wrong so I cannot comment there...it's a waiting game....
