I sent a trade, it was collected over 2 weeks , I have the proof
Contacted urselfs start of the week, heard back yesterday, saying parcel lost, but you would honour the trade value.
You have since cancelled the trade as unrecieved and I can't get any confirmation when I'm likely to receive my pay.
You used to be very efficient but not any longer.
