Ziffit did everything it said it would. It kept me informed when my parcel arrived; when they were checking my items; and when my money would be sent to me. They are very easy to deal with, although I would like to know the reasons why they don't accept some books coz there have been some books I've tried to sell that have landed in landfill. All in all I intend to keep dealing with them. Well done!
