The most expensive books in my trade were flagged as 'not received, despite the fact that they were included in the box.This is a regular occurring experience with Ziffit
I have photographed what I sent and will be filing a police report and contacting my MP and media outlets about this.
I have emailed Customer service about this, and am awaiting a response prior to taking further action.
Be aware of this before you trade your valuable books with Ziffit!
