I used Zippity the first year it was available on campus and nothing quite beat the feeling that I could drive in to work with car maintenance chores and then leave the same day with them done without having to wait in a lobby and stare at whatever channel was on the mechanic's TV. If it was a dealer, maybe I'd be able to have some instant creamer and a K-cup. Instead I get to enjoy all of Fidelity's amenities and, well, work! Since working from home, their "come to you" service has been phenomenal. I leave my keys in a safe spot, they pick it up, I never see them (unless I want to) and I still get the all-star Zippity service. This company is the future of convenient car care.
