I REALLY appreciate that Owen and Nico helped me put on my new license plates. I had been trying for days to remove the bolts without success. My temporary plates had expired and the new ones were inside the car (waiting for the cop to pull me over!). Two things demonstrated Zippity's outstanding customer service: 1) Owen noticed the plates and correctly identified a need; and 2) Nico promptly contacted me to ask if Owen could attach them. I was thrilled to be asked have this addressed. THANK YOU OWEN AND NICO!!
