You provide frequent, valuable, and appropriate communication. I LOVE the inspection findings! I also liked being able to reply to the texts and emails. This was important because there was a scheduling issue we needed to solve. Well, you solved it. You also nail the little things in the experience. The key boxes work well, and I got a great parking spot on the day of maintenance. That's awesome. Finally, there was no slimy up-sell. You give measurements for the brakes and tire tread, along with your recommendations. Perfect. Even this email is well done.
