This was an easy process and the communication via email/texting was great. My only issue was that despite the instructions I had a really hard time finding the kiosk to put my key in. It could have just been me but I almost cancelled the appointment (glad I didn't!). Maybe add a picture of where the kiosk is located in relation to where the mobile garage is? or tweak the verbiage in the instructions bit?
