I love the amount of information that is shared with the customer. I was able to see pictures and read information about every single part on the inspection. The gentleman servicing the vehicle also was very clear in the information provided. The experience of the entire service was butter smooth with absolutely no need to interact with anyone and no need to wait for anything. The convenience of it in my office parking lot is also very helpful. I hope this becomes the norm for car servicing and my only feedback would be to add more days for zippity on site here so i can book an appointment even sooner. But that might be an option once you have enough demand from this office.
