The service could not have been more convenient, and a box of mints, and a thank you card from the technicians! Very happy!! it even saved me a trip to the dealership to replace a turn signal bulb. That is a service that I did not even know that Zippity offered. I will continue with the oil change service, as the pricing seems competitive, and can be completed during my work day. My assumption may be incorrect with this suggestion. My assumption is that Zippity waits until ALL scheduled vehicles are complete prior to returning any key to the box. If that is the case, my only suggestion is that as you finish the client's car, to offer the key back immediately. Thank you!!
