I thought my overall experience was very good. I appreciated the customer friendly breakdown of what my car findings were, what was done to my vehicle, attached pictures, and potential suggestions. My one customer irritant was the number of emails and notifications I would receive. It seemed a bit excessive, but other than that I was happy with my experience.
