Having used ZIP transfer before I felt confident booking airport transfers at Malaga airport again. Upon arrival we had to wait way too long (we didn't leave until 60 minutes after our arrival; the driver was not waiting for us as agreed upon. After 30 minutes I called the emergency number The (very friendly) lady on the phone reported that she found out that he was supposedly stuck in traffic? .....fine, but why didn't he call when he had my number??? The transfer back to the airport was perfect - the driver was there 5 minutes early, clean car, friendly driver, speedy transfer - wonderful all the way!
