I love Zip. Always use you. Went to Faro recently and the guy who picked me up from the airport couldn’t have been nicer. Sadly not the same for my return trip. Young man, barely spoke to me or acknowledged me but when I got in the car his mate was sat in the passenger seat. As a single female traveller I found it a bit unnerving. All was ok on the journey - he still didn’t speak to me - but suggest drivers need to consider how their actions can make passengers feel.
