We have used Ziptransfers many times for trips to and from airports. However, on our latest trip, pick up at the airport was very smooth and on time however the return journey was not. Taxi failed to turn up for our airport journey. We phoned the office and the phone call was answered immediately. We were advised that the taxi was en route, however, 30 minutes later and no Taxi. A further two phone calls resulted in eventually a taxi arriving 25 minutes later to take us to the airport. It created panic and we almost phoned a local taxi from the hotel which would have cost us extra. Overall, Ziptransfers have been great but it really only does take one bad experience to feel disappointed and wary of booking again.
