A big waste of time and money. When we booked we got an email explicitly stating that our DRIVER would be standing at arrivals with our name on a sign. We got to arrivals, couldn’t see anyone with our name. After 15 minutes Rang the office, they said to walk to a man in a red top from a different company. He had our name on a clipboard, not that we could see. He then took us to a desk for a completely different transfer company, who then ordered us a taxi and told us it would be 20 minutes. All together waited over an hour, got taken on a walk around the car park by a clueless staff member in the sun with a toddler, before our taxi finally arrived. Taxi driver was nice but the service itself is the complete opposite from what is advertised. Would have been better off flagging a taxi from outside the airport ourselves.
