Driver wasn’t in the meeting place we had been told to go to. After a phone call to the office he appeared. Helped with one of our cases and took us somewhere and told us to wait for him to get the car. He didn’t tell us how long he would be and after 10 minutes we tried to ring the office again, just then he appeared. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Driver checked where we were going and then started looking on his phone for directions, didn’t seem prepared. drove quite slowly and didn’t seem sure where he was going, driving round a roundabout twice. We did get there safely in the end.
