Our flight was three hours late and we informed ziptransfers as soon as we got the information from the airline. The drivers was stressed and drove like a maniac. On arrival at the hotel, he was very upset because of the "mess" (breadcrumbs) that was left in te car, but he didn't let us clean it up. We were about to not give him any tip, but we did as he insisted to clean.
On the transfer back to the arirport he was very grumpy. Didn't even say hello, and didn't help with the bags. No tip this time.
