Used Zip for 2 transfers in Barcelona.
First transfer.Driver was late. Despite being whatsapped when I had luggage and was through customs.
Second driver was a nightmare. Turned up in pouring rain . Didn't help with luggage. Had a baby seat in rear passenger seat. Front passseat full of paperwork and his personal kit.
Absolute shambles.
Wouldn't recommend Zip going forward.
