Punctual and helpful drivers. Used Ziptransfers 2 times, experienced no problem, with the exception of the last time. There were delays at the baggage claim at the airport due to slow action by the airport workers. It was resolved when we got the luggage exactly within the deadline for how long the driver could wait.
