Booked with these a few times and had been great. When we arrived in Tenerife for new year we went to the desk as usual and were redirected to another company. We were then taken outside and put in a separate taxi rank. As there were 5 adults and a toddler we needed a bigger taxi that’s why we booked a private transfer. After watching the attendant put 1 person in an 8 seater, then another 8 seater went past as they are only allowed to stop 1 vehicle at a time and having to wait for over 30 minutes we were not impressed. We were not told that they could not accommodate a private transfer when we booked. Every other time we have been taken straight to our transfer and been on our way
