Ordered a private transfer in a car for 3 people. Arrived at the airport to find a man standing with my name on his phone who couldn't speak a word of English and also couldn't understand a word of English. He made us stand around for 20 mins so in the end I found someone to translate and he said our private taxi had gone and we had to get on a shared minibus which is not what I booked and paid for. No one had any idea what was going on or where we were going u til we got there as the driver couldn't tell us. Will never use this company again!
