We had an unacceptable long wait at Lanzarote airport and when it arrived the vehicle was an old scruffy 15 seater minibus and not the 4 person saloon car that we had booked. The driver's attitude was "take it or leave it". The return was entirely different. The driver was early ( 40 minutes early ! ) well dressed and very courteous. His vehicle was a 45 seater coach and we were the only 2 passengers! But the journey was smooth, we arrived in good time and the driver assisted with our luggage. Based on the airport collection experience I could never use Zip transfers again, which is a pity because the return driver was excellent
