I already justed Ziptransfers several times but this time there was no one waiting for me. I waited for 15 minutes to call the emergency number and they told me he was already been there and left already. They told me to wait and they will send the driver again. After again 30 minutes no one was there. Again I called the emergency number and they told me again that he was on the airport, not thrue! After 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting an other driver who works on the same way (maybe together with ziptransfers) took me with him to the hotel, I was very disapointed in the service from ziptransfers
