Our vehicle was late by an hour for collection at Bergamo airport. There were no children’s car seats which were paid for.
For our collection for departure from Bellagio back to the airport we rang an hour before collection time and were told there was no problem and our vehicle was on time. We then got a text to say it was running an hour late. We only made the airport with 45 minutes to spare to get through luggage, security and passport control.
All seemed very haphazard
