No one at airport to meet us so had to wait for them to send someone. On our return got a call insisting they pick up up an hour earlier than scheduled due to bad traffic. Traffic absolutely fine so can only presume they double booked. Got to airport way too early. Have used Zip many times in the past and been very happy with the service but unfortunately not this time in Rome
