I had to call the driver at the airport who told me I need to meet him at departures rather than arrivals which meant we had to search through the airport for the exit he was at.
On departure from the hotel the driver was late so I needed to make a number of calls to see where he was, there was no communication from you to let me know about the delay.
The drivers were friendly and once we were in the taxi the journeys were fine.
