On arrival to faro airport our transfer was not waiting at the arrival site we contacted the help line where the staff could not have been more helpful and very promptly dealt with the issue however the driver who we in turn had to find was once again not where he was due to be. He was rude and obnoxious and behaved in an appalling manner. I have used zip transfers many times on trips and would always highly rate your company. Our transfer back to the airport at the end of our trip was very pleasant. Our driver however on day one was not suited to his occupation and his interpersonal communication skills needs significant work. As I have never had a problem with zip before I will continue to use your services as prior to this trip I would have rated it a 5 star service. Regards Nicole O Brien
