We were a party of twelve travelling from Malaga airport to our hotel, I needed to contact the office as we had been waiting 45 minutes for our transfer, however once I had spoken to the office, shortly afterwards a gentleman came to great us and his phone rung and he said he would be back in 5 minutes and disappeared, however 20 minutes later no sign of anyone, I phoned the office again, and was told to stay put and Someone would be there shortly after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes a gentleman came and escorted us to our veichles and we travelled separately to the hotel. However as we had booked further transfers with the company during for a trip to la calla and also for our return transfer I was concerned, I phoned the company again to ensure that we needed reassurance that the mini buses would be on time, they were prompt for our second excursion and also for our return transfer and the veichles were of a high standard and the drivers very friendly and helpful. My parents had recommended Ziptransfers had they had used them on several occasions before and have always turned up on time.
