That was 45 min later and in a general taxi. Departing, (we were dropped off outside the hotel when arriving) we waited for 15 min then a man comes walking. He asked us to move 300 meter(with lugage). After waiting for a taxi another 20 minutes, there were several taxis on the other side of the street, one of the taxis picked us up. Finally I complained to you in an email, but you ignored that. Never more ZIP-transfer if you don´t refund us.
