On top of having great quality jewelery with unique designs, their customer service is next level, I have had recently some troubles with delivery of pieces I ordered and Veronica was so helpful, didn't dismiss me with generic email answers but genuinely wanted to help and managed for my jewelery to be sent to me again after Royal Mail returned it to their warehouse.
