Ordered lunch from Zomato, parents are diabetic waited for over an hour. Delivery person has lied saying that he has delivered the food probably sat and ate it himself. His excuse was he couldn't find the location despite the address being registered on the account in full detail. Maybe an hour of waiting, the food never arrives and not as much as a phone call to tell us there is a problem or instruction to make a new order. But they are not bothered and have no issues at all wasting your time. Expect nothing but bad service and complacence. Zero regard to customers and careless behavior.
