I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Zomato. I placed an order on 28-03-25 with Order Reference Number # 6733622357 but unfortunately, I never received my order. Despite paying the full amount, I was left with nothing but a frustrated mood. I tried contacting the customer support team through the app, but their response was shocking. When I reported the issue, they simply shrugged it off, saying that the delivery guy is a third-party vendor and they can't help me. This is unacceptable, as I paid Zomato for the order, not some third-party delivery service. I expect a higher level of service from Zomato, especially when it comes to resolving issues with orders. Instead of taking responsibility, they passed the buck and left me with no resolution. Until Zomato improves their customer support and takes responsibility for their orders, I would not recommend using their app. I hope Zomato takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary actions to prevent such incidents in the future.
