I have sent several polite emails to Zoopla, requesting that they remove my incomplete data from their site, but apparently they are not obliged to do this, and end each response with "have a nice day" !
Some may suspect that such a response possibly contains some degree of contempt.
It would help if one could speak to them by 'phone, but this appears not to be an option.
Apart from anything else, I have always felt that this type of information site could possibly become guilty (one assumes unintentionally) of the tail wagging the dog !
