Placed a first order hoping to be one of many for a business I work for and looking for reliable PPE supplier. They sent out the wrong item, emailed them to advise this and took a few days for a response, finally they came back and asked if I wanted to have the item replaced with the right product of return for a refund, I asked to return for a refund and now I'm getting no response from them. If I were a new customer again I would avoid and just stick to eBay where wrong items delivered are easy to return, now I am stuck with the wrong item and no way of getting it returned for a refund, definitely cannot recommend this business, AVOID!!
