Back in March i ordered a safe, this was supposed to be delivered within a couple of days, after the first 2 weeks i chased and chased (using customer service email) after another week I called, I was advised "oh it should have been delivered today 01/04/2020, I will check it and come back to you (no call), then i called again on the 03/04.2020, I was advised although i have ordered the safe, t had not been placed with the supplier "sorry", it will be with you by Monday. It's now Thursday, still no safe. Spoke to Zoro, sorry I am unsure why a manager has not called, it has been requested a couple of time before. I will place an order and request a manager call you. so far no call. Seem unlikley I will get one either
