Back in spring of 2020, when COVID kept us at home 24/7 in the Twin Cities, we purchased the 12' trampoline. It has been well loved! This summer we noticed some of the straps were broken and called to buy a replacement pad an cover. We were so impressed that within days a new pad and cover were shipped to us for FREE! The representative was so helpful and sent us tracking information and we already have the replacement parts up and the kids are back to jumping! We highly recommend Zupapa!
