The trampoline we bought is high quality and sturdy. After about 3 years of frequent use the jumping mat ripped and we needed a new one, which we ordered through their parts and service website. It was a really good experience. They helped me find the right part and shipped it quickly. I will probably take the mat and net down in the winter to make it last longer.
