I rarely write product reviews unless it's something that I believe will truly help other consumers. After months of researching, we decided to purchase the Zupapa 15' trampoline based on various inputs that drove our decision to go with this brand. The product arrived in 3 separate boxes (as stated) in 3 days. Each box was in great shape and the pieces inside each box were very well packaged and protected. It does take a bit of time to assemble, especially if you've never assembled a trampoline before, which we haven't, but all in all it's easy to do by following the well-labeled manual/instructions. The product is of very high quality - sturdy and solid. The only issue I had was that one of the lower leg poles had a slight dent (picture attached), which made the net drop a little and didn't look correct, aesthetically, although it did not impact the performance of the trampoline. I reached out to their customer support team [thank you, Jenna, for your great support] and they immediately sent me a replacement part - no questions or push back; that by itself is worth the cost of this trampoline. Yet, adding that the product is top-notch was more than enough for me to take the time to write this review.
