I bought the 15 ft trampoline for my kids. A year and a half after purchasing it the mat had a tear. I expect one of my kids was doing something while jumping that caused it. I contacted Zupapa to find out how much a replacement mat would be and how long it would take. They asked me for my order date. Then they looked me up in the system and told me that they would replace the mat for free (!!) as it was within two years of purchase. I fully expected to have to pay but they offered a replacement without my asking.
The mat came about a week later. Great customer service!
