We've had our trampoline for a year now and it has been the best investment we've made in the way of a toy/entertainment/fun thing for our family. We waffled over getting the largest size trampoline which seemed massive but it has been totally worth it because our whole family can jump together and is perfect for when friends come over. The Zupapa customer service has been excellent over email. When we ordered we had a few special things we needed to be done in the way of shipping and the team was incredibly responsive and helpful. A year later, the wind damaged a few of the handles on our trampoline rain cover and it wouldn't work. I emailed their customer service and heard back in less than 24 hours from Green and a few others. They got right on it and sent us a replacement at no cost.
