Zupapa has the most AMAZING customer service ever. We bought a 10' trampoline as a present for Christmas 2020. The product is well built, easy to assemble, and the kids love it. However, TWICE since we bought it, the trampoline has been caught up in a wind storm and damaged, and TWICE Zupapa has worked carefully and thoroughly with us to ensure that they shipped out the correct replacement parts - at no charge! They even contacted us after the parts were shipped, to ensure the parts arrived intact and check to see if we had any questions. I wish that zupapa did roofs as well - they are the most wonderful company to work with.
