When unusually strong winds ripped my trampoline from its anchors, bounced it off a block wall, and then flipped it over the fence into the neighbor's yard, several parts of the frame were bent and twisted. Immediately I was concerned that the cost of repair would be unreasonable and I would just have to buy a new one. I emailed Zupapa and received a prompt reply. I was introduced to Jenna from the Customer Service Team. She was great! She sent me a parts list so I could order just the pieces I needed. The cost was very reasonable. During the process, I had some questions. Jenna was knowledgeable and responsive. I have since repaired the trampoline (and reinforced the anchors). The kids are very happy to have their trampoline back!
