I bought a 15' trampoline last year on Amazon. My boys love it, use it daily. The safety net started to tear in the spring. I figured I would just order a new one, because normal wear and tear. I couldn't find the part number, so I contacted Zupapa.

She told me that Zupapa would send me a new safety net and I was surprised. Most companies don't stand behind their products this way - Zupapa has really made an impression here.
