For months I couldn't find a replacement trampoline mat for a Zupapa trampoline we bought from Amazon in 2017, which was unusable due to normal wear/tear and weather conditions. It was either out of stock or unable to find. I reached out to customer service via Zupapa's website on a whim. Ivy (in customer service) immediately responded and was prompt, professional, and helped me order a new mat. It was immediately shipped and my kids are thrilled to have their trampoline back! This was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received from an online provider in DECADES. IVY is a great communicator, prompt, efficient, followed through, and even prompted me to respond, when I was a bit slow in my communications, to make sure we had everything we needed.
