The customer service provided by Zupapa, consistently, since my order was first received, has been nothing less than excellent to exceptional! of particular note, the representatives that have helped me are some of the best and most polite, in addition to finding quick and permanent solutions to whatever your problem might be. Zupapa sent me a new iSup when my main fin was not engaging last year, and this year, sent me a new fin, at no charge when I reached out to replace one last recently lost in a snag with a tree underwater. Pearl was just outstanding with assiting me with the fin, and she could not have been more helpful, cheerful or more encouraging than she was....another outstanding interaction with Zupapa!!
