My dealings with ZUPAPA has been nothing less then extraordinary. The product we purchased was the 10' climbing dome and our grandchildren love it. We did have and issue missing some handles and long nuts to attach same, however when I contacted customer support the agent assigned to my inquiry , Jasmine , was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of my request. She was able to get me the parts in a timely manner so that our grandchildren had no problems climbing and having fun. Thank you Jasmine
