“The checkout process was very unfriendly. I entered the card information no less than 8 times, verifying the data was correct before submitting, and each time the system told me in very small print to check my info and retry. I finally had to switch to a different credit card and the first try the system gave me the same message. The 2nd try was successful. I entered the same info both times.”

“I'm very dissatisfied that I was offered a free 11 x 14 canvas print, but it was not applied during checkout. I called an agent to discuss. She zeroed out one of the prints and the shipping cost spiked up by over $8. So, a $14.99 value was reduced to $6. In my view, this advertising is very misleading. On a positive note, the women on the phone assisted me in the best way possible.”
