You can not communicate enough with them to explain. They obviously try playing the role of the physician! 6 plus weeks waiting for mri. I made one actual call and had an appointment in hours. This is the second time I have had to use them. Almost exactly the same experience. Last time I had to get an attorney for them to make an appointment.”

“I’m absolutely disgusted by this company. I paid £200 Acess for my car to be taken to one call garage in April 24 it was away for months. I got it back had it two weeks BMW recalled to check my airbag as I hit a manhole cover hence me using my insurance to fix my car.
BMW done a routine health check and I was horrified my 2 front tyres were too big for my car and the 2 shock absorbers were not done. BMW said it was dangerous for me to drive it basically I was driving a death trap and could have put the public and myself in danger.
I went through the chat again booked my car back in it was away for months again.
I got it back in October for 6 days drove it once and it just stopped and smelling of smoke from my engine.
I said through chat I didn’t want my car to go back to there garage as I definitely don’t trust them.
I got my car Towed to BMW they done a health check which cost me £180 it came back with shock absorber not done and my pulley was gone. Obviously this was due to the accident from the manhole cover if it was wear and tear it would have showed up in one call garage. So they didn’t even go through my car at the start to find any damage that was done with the manhole cover.
I took my car to a BMW specialist and it’s cost me £465 for shock absorber and £1100 and they had the cheek to more than double my insurance from £25 a month to £57 I’m never ever going with this company again there name is deceiving as the don’t use the phone!! No Call it should be named!!”

“Increases are understandable to some degree, however a 67% increase (with no change of individual circumstances is neither sensible and is certainly not justified) so good bye. As someone who is very deaf, will be glad to leave a company that does not allow communication with by email - my daughter had to phone you to stop auto renewal (which I do not recollect ever signing up for) - ages on phone with such poor line - even when your staff rang back - she said loads of background noise sounding like an office party. A company to avoid in future as not possible to easily and sensibly communicate with - customer service 0 out of 10”
“I would not recommend this company as it is almost impossible to speak to someone. Everything has to be done online. My car broke down and I phoned the breakdown number only to be told that I had to report the breakdown online! I had to pay £42.00 upfront if the car has to be towed to a garage of my choice. The car didn't need to be towed but One Call did not automatically refund the money as I had to chase them up. They also put me on auto renewal when I didn't opt for this. I found insurance elsewhere as they also substantially increased the cost of my car insurance only to give me a lower quote when I phoned them to cancel the auto renewal. I won't be returning to them because they don't people to speak to you and their website makes it clear that they don't want people phoning.”
“A quick phone call would have resolved problem more efficiently. Be careful when taking out policy and do not allow them to retain bank details or you shall have a fight on your hands when you try to contact them to cancel. Very underhanded a sly company.( I did tell them not to retain bank details.. but they did anyhow)”

Today I received a courtesy call from assistant HA9, who was very polite and friendly, without being pushy. He clearly explained the policy and services to me, as well as offering other options, should I wish to include them on the policy.”

“It is amazing how everything works when taking your money, then everything is nearly impossible when claiming and cancelling. To claim I would be on hold for over an hour each time I needed to speak to somebody. Then my car was away for 5 weeks, the repairs we subpar, some damage was not fixed. Now I am trying to cancel, the live chat never works and they won't speak over the phone.”
