I started with go compare .But phoned one call and the rep Nicole was very helpful and sorted out the final paper work which was sent through straight away. On the whole good job

Once i was through to the correct department-it was a breeze! They should really have just one number for all services-it was annoying to have to make 3 calls. Very competitive prices and will check them out for home insurance also.

Contacted One Call to change my policy for my new car. Waited on hold for about ten minutes but did not mind as they inform you how many people are ahead. RT2 (username) very helpful and processed policy very quickly. Only critisism is the £35 admin charge which my previous provider never asked for.

Ashleigh AG3, was superb and a credit to your company. Unfortunately the vault password provided was incorrect and the telephone number on the header of the e-mail, was for car insurance, not home insurance. Not a great confidence booster for a customer, new to your company.

After purchasing the policy online I was a bit worried, because I had not received an email confirming the purchase. I rang the company and had to go through my details three times with different people. The third was AB6 - Anthony Bird, and at last I had found someone really helpful. I had understood that the policy included breakdown cover and protected no-claims, but found that the breakdown cover was minimal and I had to pay, I seem to remember, another £39 to get what I considered a reasonable cover. I also found out when the policy documents came that there was not any properly protected no-claims. It seems that it is some kind of broker condition that I don't really understand. I didn't find this out till later, otherwise I would have spoken to Anthony about it. He was very helpful, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get quite what I thought I was getting.

Amy Anderson handled my call very professionally at the sales/renewal side of things. As I have made no insurance claims yet with the company, I can not comment on customer service as per that side of the business.

Used online service to change car details. Didn't get a reply til over 4 hours later and after I'd phoned call centre and completed changes over the phone. Perhaps online chat service would have been the service to use?
